摘要
对矿用JTDK-ZN提升机电控系统的新主井真空换向柜事故、新主井加速接触器的连接板断裂、新主井北勾箕斗超载提不动事故、主井紧急制动事故、老主井主电动机北侧排风扇叶片折断等事故现象及其原因进行分析,提出了防范措施。
The research analyzes the accident phenomenon and the causes of the electric control system of mine JTDK-ZN hoist,i.e.vacuum reversing cabinet accident of new main shaft,broken connecting plate of the new main shaft acceleration contactor,unable lift of new main shaft north hook skip overloading accident,emergency brake of main well accident,and the broken blade of the north exhaust fan of the main motor in the old shaft,etc.Precautionary measures are proposed.
