水库运行管理现状及改善对策

Present Situation and Improvement Countermeasures of Reservoir Operation Management

为做好水库运行管理,使其充分发挥防洪管理、供水、发电及农业灌溉等功用,保障当地居民饮水安全和生命财产安全,促进社会经济发展,为人们提供更为优质的服务,指出水库运行管理存在的问题,即水库大坝安全问题,运行管理体制有待完善,水库除险加固实用技术有待增强等。提出水库运行管理改善对策:应完善水库管理运行机制,引入自动化检测管理技术,定期开展水库安全监测加固工作。

In order to do well in reservoir operation management,fully play its function of flood prevention and control management,water supply,electricity generation and agricultural irrigation,etc,guarantee the drinking water,life and property security of the local residents,promote social and economic development,and provide people with more qualified service,the research points out the problems of reservoir operation management,i.e.the security of reservoir dam,imperfect operation management system,the imperfect reinforcement practical technology of the reservoir.Improvement countermeasures of reservoir operation management are proposed,i.e.to perfect reservoir management operation mechanism,introduce automatic testing management technology,and regularly develop reservoir safety monitoring and reinforcement.
