山东省某市级兽医实验室近5年检测工作分析与展望

Analysis on the Testing Services Conducted by a Veterinary Laboratory at Municipal Level in Shandong from 2016 to 2020 and Relevant Prospects

摘要 为了解山东省市级兽医实验室工作开展情况,找出存在的问题,汇总分析"十三五"期间(2016—2020年)山东省某市级兽医实验室所有收样、检测记录和实验室检测能力比对试验结果。结果显示:"十三五"期间该市级兽医实验室共计对接收的32 066份样品进行了91 271份次检测,涵盖不同类型场点、不同动物样品以及不同动物疫病;参加了6次检测能力比对试验,比对结果均全部正确。在开展大量检测工作的同时,该实验室存在采样量不合理、样品质量不高、被动检测数量较少、检测时效性不高等问题。针对存在问题,提出了一些针对性建议,以期更好地发挥各地兽医实验室作用,促进畜禽养殖业健康发展。 In order to learn the efforts of a veterinary laboratory at municipal level in Shandong Province,and find out any possible problems,all records concerning sample collection and testing as well as results of comparison tests of detection capability of the laboratory during the period of 13 th Five-year Plan(the year of 2016 to 2020)were summarized and analyzed.It was found that,for 32066 samples received during the period,91271 samples/times were tested,covering various premises,animal samples and diseases;6 comparison tests of detection capability were participated,and all comparison results were correct.However,such problems as unreasonable sampling quantity,poor quality of samples,less passive surveillance and lower timeliness appeared during such large amounts of testing.Therefore,some specific suggestions were put forward with a view to giving a better role to local veterinary laboratories and to promoting the healthy development of livestock and poultry production industry.
