摘要
规范、合理使用种猪及晚阉猪产品是保障肉制品食用安全的重要组成部分。本文介绍了种猪及晚阉猪的定义及其猪肉特性,对农业农村部门、市场监督部门相关法律法规进行了适用性分析,指出了当前种猪及晚阉猪有关法律法规不完善,种猪及晚阉猪肉鉴别取证难的问题,并从完善法律法规,建立种猪肉及晚阉猪肉标准,落实日常监管等方面针对性进行了探索性思考。
It is important to safeguard food safety of meat products by standardizing and rationalizing the use of products derived from breeding pigs and late surgically castrated pigs.In the paper,the definition of breeding pigs and late surgically castrated pigs as well as the characteristics of their pork were described,the applicability of relevant laws and regulations published by the authorities for agricultural and rural affairs as well as for market supervision was analyzed,and some questions were put forward,including inappropriate laws and regulations related to the supervision of above pigs,and difficulties in identification and collection of evidence related to the pork derived therefrom,then the improvement of laws and regulations,establishment of relevant standards and implementation of daily supervision were exploringly considered.
