利用交联型功能单体制备抗泥型聚羧酸减水剂的研究 被引量:1

摘要 利用实验室合成的交联型功能单体制备出一种抗泥性能优异的聚羧酸减水剂。分别用FTIR、净浆流动度和XRD测定减水剂的微观结构、抗泥性能和蒙脱土吸附减水剂后的层间距。通过调整功能单体与甲基烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚(HPEG)的比例来获得减水剂的最佳抗泥效果,确定最佳配比为:功能单体30g、HPEG355g,此时水泥浆体1h流动度为207㎜。经普通减水剂和实验合成的聚羧酸减水剂分别处理过的蒙脱土层间距为1.40nm和1.32nm,证明实验制备的减水剂可以有效减少插层吸附,提高抗泥性能。
