高校图书馆文献信息资源绩效管理体系构建研究

Research on the Construction of Performance Management System ofInformation Resources in University Libraries

面对经费不足与高校“双一流”学科建设需求不断增加的现实矛盾和压力,高校图书馆需要进一步聚焦文献信息资源绩效管理,提升文献信息资源建设质量,以支撑高校学科建设和发展。文章基于“三角协调模型”,提出文献信息资源绩效管理质量、效率和效益三大发展路径,构建高校图书馆文献信息资源绩效管理结构框架,并分析了其特点和意义。同时,从应用价值、理论与方法、关键过程与制度体系、支撑平台与数据需求以及实践与案例五方面构建了文献信息资源绩效管理内容体系。

Faced with the practical contradictions and pressures of insufficient funds and the increasing demand for“Double First-Class”discipline construction,university libraries must further focus on the performance management of information resources,improve the quality of information resources,and support the construction and development of disciplines.Based on the Triangular Coordination Model,the research proposes three development paths for the quality,efficiency and benefit of information resources performance management,constructs a structural framework for the information resources performance management of university libraries,and analyzes its characteristics and significance.At the same time,it discusses the construction of the performance management system of information resource from five aspects of application value,theory and methods,key processes and institutional systems,supporting platforms and data requirements,as well as practices and cases.
