中外合作办学项目英语教学改革实践探究——以榆林学院为例 被引量:1

摘要 在中外合作办学追求“提质增效”的背景下,中外合作项目的英语教学质量是影响项目成效的关键因素之一。现阶段榆林学院中外合作办学项目的英语教学存在学生个体差异大、缺乏对学生语言应用能力的培养、班级管理松散、学生学习习惯较差、英语教师团队合作有待进一步磨合等问题。结合调研结果及教学实际,针对榆林学院中外合作项目学生的特点及需求提出实行分级教学,根据学生需求制定教学计划,实施英语教师班主任制度,成立中外语言教研室等对策建议,旨在提升中外合作项目英语教学的有效性。 Under the background of pursuing“improving quality and efficiency”in Sino-foreign cooperation program,English teaching quality is one of the key factors for the effectiveness of Sino-foreign cooperation program.Taking Yulin University as an example,through the investigation,it is found that there are such problems in its current English teaching of Sino-foreign cooperation program as large individual differences among students,lack of cultivation of students’language application ability,loose class management and poor learning habits,and English teachers’needs for further team cooperation.Based on the survey results and personal teaching experience,the present study provides some countermeasures and suggestions according to the characteristics and needs of the students in the Sino-foreign cooperation program of Yulin University,such as implementing graded teaching,making teaching plans according to the students’actual needs,arranging English teachers to participate in class management,and establishing the Sino-foreign language teaching and research office,so as to improve the effectiveness of English teaching in the Sino-foreign cooperation program.
