校友资源不仅是现代学校发展的重要因素,而且是一流学校建设的主要支撑。一流学校作为培养卓越人才的学术组织,其校友会参与人才较之一般学校质量更优。文章从学校校友会参与人才培养入手,阐述了学校校友会的概念、类型,介绍了学校校友会参与人才培养的现状,剖析了学校校友会参与人才培养的问题原因,并对学校校友会参与人才培养的措施进行了进一步探讨。

Alumni resources are not only important factors in the development of modern schools,but also the main support for the construction of first-class schools.As an academic organization to training excellent talents,first-class schools have better quality than the general schools.Therefore,this paper expounds the concept and type of Alumni Association starting from the participation of Alumni Association in talent training.The current situation of Alumni Association participating in talent training is introduced,and the reasons for the problems of that are analyzed.Moreover,the measures for that are further discussed.
