新时代高职院校兼职教师管理困惑及消解策略研究 被引量:1

摘要 随着我国高等职业教育的发展,高职院校兼职教师数量明显增长,兼职教师管理存在诸多问题:来源单一、缺乏行业企业的制度支持、教学能力不强、应付观念、聘用机制不完善、考评体系不健全等。文章针对出现的问题,结合本校兼职教师管理的实践,提出了拓宽引进来源和渠道、提升企业社会责任感、建立完善的兼职教师职前培训制度和专兼职教师交流合作平台、完善兼职教师聘任机制、健全兼职教师评价激励机制等消解策略,以期对推进高职院校“双师”队伍建设和高职院校的健康发展提供借鉴。 With the development of higher vocational education in China,the number of part-time teachers in higher vocational colleges has increased significantly.There are many problems in the management of part-time teachers,that is,single source,lack of institutional support from industrial enterprises,weak teaching ability,coping concepts,imperfect employment mechanism,imperfect evaluation system and so on.Aiming at the problems,combined with the practice of the school management of part-time teachers,this article proposes to broaden the introduction of source and channel,and promote enterprise’s social responsibility,establish perfect part-time teachers’pre-service training system,establish part-time and full-time teachers’exchange and cooperation platform,improve the mechanism of part-time teachers,and improve part-time teachers’incentive mechanism.It is expected to provide reference for promoting the construction of“double teachers”team and the healthy development of higher vocational colleges.
