摘要
为研究氢气发动机采用进气冲程注水(water injection,WI)的方法对发动机工况的影响,文章采用数值模拟的方法,运用AVL-FIRE软件模拟了嘉陵JH-600发动机使用氢气燃料的燃烧工况,并模拟计算了气缸内部温度、压强、NO排放量等各项参数.分4次进行,分别计算了注水量(水和氢气燃料的质量比)为0,5%,10%和15%时发动机的单缸燃烧参数.计算结果表明,将注水比率设定在5%~10%,能够在提高氢气发动机能量效率的同时有效地维持发动机稳定运行.
In order to study the effect of water injection(WI)on hydrogen engine operation,the AVL-FIRE software was used to simulate the combustion conditions of JH-600 engine using hydrogen fuel.The temperature,pressure,NO emission and other parameters in the cylinder were simulated.The single-cylinder combustion parameters of the engine were calculated in four times,respectively when the WI ratio(mass ratio of water and hydrogen fuel)was 0,5%,10%and 15%.The results show that the WI ratio between 5%and 10%can improve the energy efficiency of hydrogen engine and maintain the stable operation of the engine.
