摘要
采用控制变量法制备出不同挤出温度下的单层流延聚丙烯(Monolayer Cast Polypropylene,MCPP)薄膜试样,探究挤出温度对薄膜光学性能、力学性能的影响,并用偏光显微镜和差示扫描量热仪分别对不同薄膜试样进行了取向结构和结晶度的表征。结果表明:随着挤出温度的升高,薄膜的横向拉伸性能、纵向拉伸性能和撕裂性能先增强后减弱,在220~230℃时性能表现优异;薄膜的取向结构和结晶度均减弱。
Monolayer cast polypropylene(MCPP)film samples with different extrusion temperature were prepared by control variable method.The effect of extrusion temperature on the optical properties and mechanical properties was investigated.The entirety orientation structure and degree of crystallinity of the films were investigated by polarizing microscope and differential scanning calorimetry respectively.The experiment results showed that:with the rise of extrusion temperature,the optical properties improved,and tensile properties,tear properties of films firstly increased and then decreased.The films showed excellent properties when the extrusion temperature was between 220~230℃.Also the entirety orientation structure and degree of crystallinity of the films were weakened.
