通过对砂型3DP打印机铺砂方式的研究,探索铺砂中容易出现的图形变形问题。发现更改落砂量、落砂速度以及刮板结构会影响图形变形量。通过理论研究和实验找到了不易产生图形变形的铺砂结构。

Through the research on the sand-laying method of the sand 3DP printer,the problem of graphic deformation which easily occurs in sand-laying has been explored.It is found that changing the amount of falling sand,the speed of falling sand,and the scraper structure will affect the amount of graphic deformation.Through theoretical research and experiments,a sand-laying structure which is not prone to graphic deformation has been found.
