摘要
电动汽车三大核心部件之一的电机,其主体构造为电机壳体。针对电机壳体铸造过程中产生的气孔缺陷问题,通过更改局部浇铸结构,调整重力铸造机参数,提高排气能力等方案,将气孔不良率降至较低水平。
The main structure of the motor,one of the three core components of electric vehicles,is the motor housing.Aiming at the problem of pore defects in the casting process of the motor housing,by changing the local casting structure,adjusting the parameters of the gravity casting machine,and improving the exhaust capacity,the defective rate of pores has been reduced to a lower level.
