针对铸造行业浇注段和型内冷却段的烟气处理需求,从铸造工艺、烟气性质、成分和处理方式进行探讨,依照现有的工程实例提出一种新的处理方式,在保证收集和处理效果的前提下,降低设备投入和处理运营费用,为相关工程提供出一种新的处理选择。

In view of the flue gas treatment needs of the pouring section and the mold internal cooling section of the casting industry,the casting process,the properties of the flue gas,the composition and the treatment method have been discussed,and a new treatment method has been proposed according to the existing engineering examples to reduce equipment investment and treatment operation cost under the premise of ensuring the collection and treatment effect,which provides a new treatment option for related projects.
