百万伏产品铝合金机构室铸件工艺研究

摘要 由于百万伏产品铝合金机构室铸件壁厚差很大,温度场分布不均匀,虽然采用大量冷铁来调节铸件凝固顺序,加工后铸件质量仍然不尽如人意,而且操作比较繁琐,生产效率较低。凭借多年实际经验并结合铸件凝固理论,通过采取不同的工艺方案,利用金属型、芯并附带风冷装置来优化铸件工艺,不仅使铸件质量满足了客户要求,还极大提高了铸件生产效率及工艺出品率。 Due to the large difference in the wall thickness of the castings of the aluminum alloy mechanism room of the million-volt product and the temperature field distribution is uneven,although a large amount of cold iron is used to adjust the solidification sequence of the castings,the quality of the castings after being processed is still not satisfied with complicated operation while the production efficiency is low.According to years of practical experience and combining casting solidification theory,by adopting different process plans,the metal mold core and air-cooling devices have been adopted to optimize the casting process.The quality of castings meets the customer requirements while the production efficiency of castings and process yield have been greatly improved.
