摘要 激光高硬度涂层制备技术在唐钢不锈钢厂区工件修复中广泛应用,在试验攻关阶段,如何使用激光熔覆技术实现高硬度、无裂纹的涂层,成为攻关难点。通过对激光粉末成分和涂层硬度的分析,调整激光粉末成分和工艺参数,降低了高硬度涂层对预热保温的要求,并通过激光熔覆技术实现了对工件内孔修复的尺寸和性能要求。 The laser high-hardness coating preparation technology is widely used in the repairing of workpieces in the stainless steel plant of Tangshan Iron and Steel.In the experimental research stage,the way to use laser cladding technology to achieve a high-hardness&crack-free coating has become a key problem.Through the analysis of the laser powder composition and coating hardness,the laser powder composition and process parameters have been adjusted to reduce the preheating and heat preservation requirements of the high-hardness coating.The size and performance requirement of the inner hole repair for the workpiece have been achieved through the laser cladding technology.
