摘要
太原重工易地迁建设计中,对2010年《大型铸锻件国产化研制项目》实施中所遇到的主客观的困难,以至大炼铸钢在车间组成、工艺局部布置、结构局部构造、与原小炼铸钢车间及物料供应系统的结合上,所造成的不够和谐的问题加以了弥补,使整个炼铸钢系统设计更趋完满,成为一种稀缺土地资源充分得以利用的设计典范。
The design of Steel Melting&Casting Workshop in TYHI Relocation Project,has solved the subjective and objective difficulties encountered in the implementation of 2010"Domestic Development Project of Heavy Castings and Forgings".The unmatchable problems caused by the workshop composition,the local layout of the process,the local structure of the large-scale steel-making cast steel,as well as the combination with existing small steel melting&casting shop and material supply system have been compensated.The design of the entire steel-making system is more complete which becomes a design paradigm making full use of scarce land resources.
