微柱凝胶技术在ABO新生儿溶血病患儿输血前检验中的应用价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨在ABO新生儿溶血病患儿输血前检验中运用微柱凝胶技术的诊断价值。方法选取山东第一医科大学第二附属医院2019年9月至2020年12月收治的124例ABO新生儿溶血病患儿,开展前瞻性研究,所有患儿均给予输血治疗,且在输血前分别接受试管法和微柱凝胶技术检验血型,并应用微柱凝胶技术和聚凝胺法实施交叉配血。比较两种检验方法的校验指标检验阳性情况;比较患儿血型鉴定结果和交叉配血情况。结果微柱凝胶技术检验的直接抗人球蛋白、血清游离抗体和抗体放散阳性率均显著高于试管法检验(均P<0.05);微柱凝胶技术检验的正反定型符合率和不符合率与试管法检验比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);微柱凝胶技术的交叉配血成功率显著高于凝聚胺法(均P<0.05)。结论在ABO新生儿溶血病患儿输血前检验中应用微柱凝胶技术的准确率较高,可有效降低疾病漏检和误检情况。 Objective To analyze the application value of microcolumn gel technology in the pre-transfusion test of children with ABO neonatal hemolytic disease.Methods A prospective study was conducted on 124 children with ABO neonatal hemolytic disease admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong First Medical University from September 2019 to December 2020.All children were treated with blood transfusion,and they were tested by test tube method and microcolumn gel technique before blood transfusion,and the micro-column gel technique and polybrene method to perform cross matching were carryed on.Comparing the positive results of the two test measures;Comparing the blood type identification results and cross-matching of the blood samples of the children.Results The positive rates of direct anti-globulin,serum free antibodies and antibody release in the micro-column gel technique test were significant higher than those in the test tube method(all P<0.05);Compared with the test tube method,the coincidence rate and non-conformance rate of the positive and negative stereotypes of the microcolumn gel technique test were not statistically significant(all P>0.05);The crossmatch success rate of the microcolumn gel technique was significant higher than the polybrene method(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of microcolumn gel technology in the pre-transfusion test of children with ABO hemolytic disease has a high accuracy rate,which can effectively reduce the missed and false detections of the disease.
