智谋训练对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者智谋评分、疾病应对方式及生活质量的影响

Eff ect of mental resourcefulness training on mental resourcefulness score disease coping style and quality of life in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的探讨智谋训练对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者智谋评分、疾病应对方式及生活质量的影响。方法选取医院2018年6月—2020年6月122例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者作为研究对象,按照组间基本特征匹配的原则分为对照组和观察组,各61例。对照组患者给予常规护理干预,观察组在此基础上给予智谋训练干预,比较两组患者智谋评分、疾病应对方式及生活质量评分。结果干预后,观察组患者的个人智谋评分、社会智谋评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的回避、屈服评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),面对评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的生活质量评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论智谋训练干预能明显提升慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者智谋评分及生活质量,改善其应对方式。

Objective To investigate the effects of mental intelligence training on mental intelligence score,coping style and quality of life of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods A total of 122 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)in the hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the principle of basic feature matching between groups,with 61 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given wisdom training intervention based on the control group.The wisdom score,disease coping style and quality of life score were compared between two groups.Results After intervention,the personal intelligence score and social intelligence score in observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The avoidance and yield score in observation group was signifi cantly lower than the control group(P<0.05),and the face score was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score of observation group was signifi cantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intelligencetraining intervention could signifi cantly improve the intelligence score and quality of life of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients and improve their coping style.
