摘要
目的探讨原发性肝癌肝动脉化疗栓塞术(TACE)患者乐观倾向的相关影响因素及心理干预对策。方法分析2018年1月—2020年1月医院收治的220例原发性肝癌TACE患者的临床资料,应用生活定向测验修订版(LOT-R)量表评估患者的乐观倾向评分,并分析原发性肝癌TACE患者乐观倾向的影响因素。结果单因素分析显示,年龄、文化水平、月收入、支付方式、疾病认知水平、负性情绪、家庭支持、应对方式均为原发性肝癌TACE患者乐观倾向的相关影响因素(P<0.05);多元线性回归分析显示,文化水平、负性情绪与疾病认知水平是影响原发性肝癌TACE患者乐观倾向的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论肝动脉化疗栓塞术患者乐观倾向主要受到患者文化水平、负性情绪与疾病认知水平的影响,医护人员需针对性地开展心理干预,提升患者乐观心理,减少介入术后心理危机损害。
Objective To investigate the infl uencing factors of optimistic tendency in patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma underwent the trancatherter arterial chemoembo lization and discuss the psychological intervention methods.Methods To select 220 primary hepatoceuular carcinoma TACE patients'clinical data,by taking the edition life orientation test(LOT-R)to evaluate the patients'optimistic tendency score and ananlysis the infl uencing factors of optimistic tendency.Results Univariate analysis showed that,age,education level,monthly income,payment methods,disease awareness level,negative emotion,family support and coping style were the related infl uencing factors of optimism tendency in primary hepatocellular carcinoma TACE patients(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that,education level,negative emotions and disease cognition level were the independent risk factors for optimistic tendency primary hepatocellular carcinoma TACE patients(P<0.05).Conclusion Optimism tendency of patients undergo trans catherter arterial chemoembolization was mainly eff ected by the patients'education level,negative emotions and disease cognition level.Therefore,medical staffs should carry out targeted psychological intervention to improve the patients'optimism and reduce the psychological crisis damage after intervention.
