基于地区差异的公司治理结构与绩效关系研究

Research on the Relationship between Corporate Governance Structure and Business Performance Based on Regional Differences

为了分析我国东、中、西部地区A股上市公司的公司治理结构对经营绩效影响的区域差异,从股权治理、董事会特征和管理层激励三个方面进行了实证检验,针对研究结果,分别为东中西三个地区进一步完善公司治理结构提出了相应的对策建议。

In order to analyze the regional differences in the influence of the corporate governance structure on business performance of A-share listed companies in eastern,central and western China,an empirical test from three aspects was conducted:equity governance,characteristics of the board and management incentive.Corresponding countermeasure are proposed for further improvement of corporate governance structure in eastern,central and western China respectively in response to the research results.
