乡村振兴背景下地方高校服务乡村文化建设的困境与出路

Difficulties and Solutions:How can Local Colleges and Universities Serve the Rural Cultural Construction under the Background of Rural Revitalization

乡村文化振兴存在伦理道德体系“破而未立”、乡村文化自信根基动摇、乡村公共文化建设水平不高等问题。乡村文化可以为地方高校特色发展提供支撑,传承创新乡村文化是地方高校的重要职能,乡村文化与地方高校是一种共生共荣的关系。但是,地方高校服务乡村文化建设存在认知偏误、制度错配、可持续性不强的问题。地方高校可以通过振兴人文学科、完善教师评价、搭建合作平台等手段,夯实人才和研究基础,畅通合作与服务渠道,更好地为乡村文化建设服务,助力乡村文化振兴。

The Revitalization of Rural Culture is threatened by the problems such as ethics and moral system that has been broken and to be established,the shaken foundation of rural cultural confidence,and the low level of rural public cultural construction.While rural culture provides support for the characteristic development of local colleges and universities which play an important role in inheriting and innovating rural culture,the rural culture and local colleges and universities are symbiotic and interdependent.However,in serving rural culture construction,local colleges and universities still face the problems of cognitive bias,system mismatch and weak sustainability.By means of revitalizing humanities,improving teacher evaluation system,and building a cooperation platform,the local colleges and universities should make efforts to strengthen the talent and research foundation,to smooth the channels of cooperation and service,and to better serve the project of the Rural Cultural Construction and the project of construction of the Revitalization of Rural Culture.
