丽江市6家医疗卫生机构药学人才队伍现状调查

Investigation on the Status Quo of Pharmacy Talents in 6 Medical and Health Institutions in Lijiang City

摘要 目的了解当前基层医疗卫生机构药学人才的特点和现状,从而为促进药学人才素质提升及发展提供参考。方法于2020年10月~2021年1月采用问卷调研的方式对丽江市6家二级以上医院药学人员进行调查,收集数据并统计分析。结果三级医院和二级医院40岁以下药学人员分别占54.54%、70.83%;30岁以下的青年药学人员占总药学人员比例仅为28.07%;三级医院和二级医院本科及其以上学历药学人员分别占81.81%、41.66%,具有药师及以上职称的药学人员分别占96.96%、83.83%;三级医院和二级医院参加继续教育的药学人员分别占60.60%、29.16%,进修累计6个月及以下的药学人员分别占33.33%、25.00%;药学专业45名(78.94%)、中药学专业6名(10.53%)、临床药学专业2名(3.51%)、药物制剂专业1名(1.75%)、护理学专业3名(5.26%);药理学和临床药理学96.49%、临床医学概论70.18%、药剂学63.16%、药物化学35.07%、其他课程21.05%。结论需优化年龄结构,提升药学人员学历、职称,多途径开展药学人员继续教育,提高药师队伍素质,以促进丽江市医院药学事业的健康发展。 Objective To understand the characteristics and status quo of pharmacy talents in primary medical and health institutions,so as to provide reference for promoting the quality improvement and development of pharmacy talents.Methods 54.54%and 70.83%of pharmacists under 40 years old in tertiary hospitals and secondary hospitals respectively;The proportion of young pharmacists under 30 years old was only 28.07%;81.81%and 41.66%of the pharmacists had bachelor degree or above,and 96.96%and 83.83%of the pharmacists had professional title or above;In the tertiary hospitals,96.96%of the pharmacist and above professional titles accounted for 96.96%,and in the second-tier hospitals,the pharmacist and above accounted for 83.83%;60.60%and 29.16%of pharmacists in tertiary hospitals and secondary hospitals took part in continuing education respectively,and 33.33%and 25.00%of pharmacists took part in continuing education for 6 months or less;45 students(78.94%)majored in pharmacy,6 majors in Chinese pharmacy(10.53%),2 majors in clinical pharmacy(3.51%),1 major in pharmaceutical preparations(1.75%),and 3 majors in nursing(5.26%);Pharmacology and clinical pharmacology 96.49%,introduction to clinical medicine 70.18%,pharmacy 63.16%,medicinal chemistry 35.07%,and other courses 21.05%.Conclusion It is necessary to optimize the age structure,improve the academic qualifications and professional titles of pharmacists,carry out continuous education of pharmacists in multiple ways,and improve the quality of pharmacists,so as to promote the healthy development of pharmacy in Lijiang hospitals.
