摘要
目的探讨血管腔内成形术联合术后加味阳和汤治疗下肢动脉硬化性闭塞症(ASO)的近期疗效。方法选取2016年8月~2019年8月在上海市第七人民医院接受治疗的下肢ASO患者76例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各38例。对照组接受血管腔内支架成形术治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合加味阳和汤治疗;比较两组足背动脉血流量、踝肱指数及近期疗效。结果治疗1个月,两组足背动脉血流量和踝肱指数均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为97.37%,高于对照组的84.21%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血管腔内成形术联合术后加味阳和汤可改善ASO患者下肢血流水平,提高治疗疗效。
Objective To investigate the short-term effect of endovascular angioplasty combined with postoperative Jiawei Yanghe Decoction in the treatment of arteriosclerotic obliterans(ASO)of lower extremities.Methods A total of 76 patients with lower extremity ASO who were treated in Shanghai Seventh People's Hospital from August 2016 to August 2019 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group received endovascular stent angioplasty,and the observation group was treated with Jiawei Yanghe Decoction on the basis of the control group.The differences in dorsal foot arterial blood flow,ankle-brachial index and short-term efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results One month after treatment,the dorsal foot arterial blood flow and ankle-brachial index of the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.37%,which was higher than 84.21%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Endovascular angioplasty combined with postoperative addition of Jiawei Yanghe Decoction can improve the level of clinical indicators in patients with lower limb ASO and improve the efficacy.
