心脏冠状动脉CTA用于心脏血管性疾病中的临床准确性评价

Evaluation of clinical accuracy of cardiac coronary artery CTA in cardiovascular diseases

目的:探讨冠状动脉CT血管造影(CTA)用于心脏血管性疾病的临床准确性。方法:选取2019年1月—2020年12月我院收治的心脏血管性疾病患者100例,采用CTA检测,并将检查结果与数字减影技术(DSA)对比。以DSA为金标准,了解其准确性。结果:采用DSA检查,阳性93例;阴性7例。采用CTA进行检查,阳性91例;阴性9例,两组检测方法结果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。以DSA为金标准,CTA诊断准确度为96.00%;灵敏度为96.77%;特异度为85.71%。结论:在针对心脏血管性疾病诊断时,应用心脏冠状动脉CTA技术,准确性较高,可以降低漏诊和误诊率。

Objective To investigate the clinical accuracy of coronary CT angiography(CTA)in cardiovascular diseases.Methods A total of 100 patients with cardiovascular diseases admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected for CTA detection,and the examination results were compared with digital subtraction technology(DSA).Take DSA as the gold standard to understand its accuracy.Results 93 cases were positive by DSA.7 cases were negative.91 cases were positive by CTA.9 cases were negative,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The diagnostic accuracy of CTA was 96.00%using DSA as the gold standard.The sensitivity was 96.77%.The specificity was 85.71%.Conclusion In the diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases,the application of coronary artery CTA technology has a high accuracy and can reduce the rate of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.
