区域化消毒供应中心管理系统构建及其临床应用价值研究

Research on the construction of regionalization central sterile supply department management system and its clinical application value

目的:构建区域化消毒供应中心管理系统,探讨其应用价值。方法:采用客户机与服务器(C/S)架构、C#编程语言和SQL Server 2005数据库构建区域化消毒供应中心管理系统。选取2019年1月至2020年12月医院消毒供应室的400件可复用器械及物品,按照管理方式时间将其分为对照组和观察组,每组200件;对照组实施常规器械物品管理,观察组使用区域化消毒供应中心管理系统管理,对比两组可复用器械及物品使用的患者感染率和相关科室使用满意度。结果:观察组器械及物品使用发生患者感染8例,感染率为1.25%,对照组发生患者感染152例,感染率为22.86%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(x^(2)=141.541,P<0.05)。观察组器械及物品使用科室的满意度评分为(91.1±2.4)分,高于对照组的(82.7±3.7)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=8.711,P<0.05)。结论:区域化消毒供应中心管理系统能够大幅度提升医院消毒供应中心(CSSD)的管理质量和工作效率,保证消毒灭菌物品质量,提升患者和临床医师满意度,降低医院感染率。

Objective:To construct a regionalization central sterile supply department(CSSD)management system and explore its application value.Methods:The regionalization CSSD management system was established by using client and server(C/S)architecture,C#programming language and structured query language(SQL)Server 2005 database.400 reusable equipment and articles from CSSD of the hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into a control group and a research group according to time,each with 200 pieces;the control group implemented the routine management of equipment and articles,and the research group used the regionalization CSSD management system,the patient's infection rate and the satisfaction of the relevant departments in the use of reusable equipment and articles were compared between the two groups.Results:8 patients in the were infected with equipment and articles in the study group and the infection rate was 1.25%,and the control group was infected with 152 patients,the infection rate was 22.86%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(x^(2)=141.541,P<0.05).The satisfaction score of the equipment and articles using department of the study group was(91.1±2.4)points,higher than the(82.7±3.7)points of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=8.711,P<0.05).Conclusion:The regionalization CSSD management system can significantly improve the quality and efficiency of hospital CSSD management,ensure the quality of disinfection and sterilization items,enhance the satisfaction of patients and clinicians,and reduce the nosocomial infection rate.
