Failure analysis and improvement of Hyled 9700 shadowless lamp

通过了解无影灯的工作原理及结构,分析HyLED 9700型无影灯发生灯光闪烁或熄灭的故障原因,经检查因灯臂限位失效,在使用中灯臂无限制旋转,导致内部线路发生故障。为此,对无影灯悬臂原限位设计提出改进方案,有效增加限位器接触面积,改进限位器材料及接触方式,有效避免此类故障的发生。

The causes of the flashing or extinguishing of the HyLED 9700 shadowless lamp were analyzed by understanding the working principle and structure of the shadowless lamp.Inspection showed that the internal circuit failure occurred due to limit failure of lamp arm resulting in the unlimited rotation of the lamp arm while in use.Therefore,an improved scheme was proposed in the cantilever limit design,which can effectively increase the contact area of the limiter,improve the material and contact mode of the limiter,and avoid the occurrence of such failures.
