高校图书馆创客空间管理制度内容分析与启示——以美国9所高校图书馆为例

Content Analysis and Enlightenment of Maker Space Management System in University Libraries——Taking 9 American University Libraries as an Example

高校图书馆与创客空间的结合是社会发展的产物和趋势,同时也是高校图书馆实现服务转型的有效途径。本文选取美国具有代表性的9所高校图书馆创客空间作为调查对象,通过网络调查法和邮件咨询的方式获取其创客空间管理制度的详细信息,并从管理制度的目的、用户管理、机器设备管理、预约与培训管理、创客空间适用合法性、违约处罚措施和图书馆职责七个方面进行了内容分析,进而提出有利于我国高校图书馆创客空间管理制度制定与完善的策略。

The combination of university library and maker space is the product and trend of social development,and it is also an effective way for university library to realize service transformation.This paper selects the makerspace of nine representative university libraries in the United States as the object of investigation,and obtains the detailed information of their makerspace management system by online survey and email consultation.It also analyzes the contents from seven aspects,including the purpose of management system,user management,machine and equipment management,reservation and training management,application legality of maker space,penalty measures for breach of contract and responsibility of library.Then it puts forward some strategies to promote the establishment and improvement of the management system of makerspace in university libraries of our country.
