检察机关在扫黑除恶专项斗争中职能发挥的路径

扫黑除恶专项斗争开展以来,检察机关作为重要的法律监督机关,积极完成扫黑除恶专项斗争的各项任务和使命。随着上海黑恶犯罪隐蔽性和手法不断翻新,为精准打击涉黑涉恶犯罪带来难度和挑战,也给检察机关在“破网打伞”“打财断血”和推进综合治理环节如何更好的发挥作用提出了更高的要求。建议应立足本区区域化特征,在加强深挖力度,加强能力提升和加强常态长效工作机制方面完善检察机关职能发挥路径。

Since the special fight against Mafia and evil was launched,the procuratorial organ,as an important legal supervision organ,has actively completed the various tasks and missions of the special fight against Mafia and evil.With the continuous renovation of the concealment and techniques of Shanghai mafia-related crimes,it is difficult and challenging to accurately crack down on mafia-related crimes,and it also puts forward higher requirements for procuratorial organs to play a better role in“breaking the net and opening the umbrella”,“making money and cutting blood”and promoting the comprehensive governance link.It is suggested that,based on the regionalization characteristics of this region,the functional path of procuratorial organs should be improved in terms of strengthening the strength of deep digging,the ability promotion and the normal long-term working mechanism.
