帕金森患者各运动症状特征及影响因素分析

Analysis of various motor symptom characteristics andtheir influencing factors in Parkinson' s patients

目的探讨帕金森(PD)患者各运动症状特征,并分析影响因素。方法选取2018年1月至2019年12月本院收治的88例PD患者,根据Hoehn-Yahr(H-Y)分级分为早期组(n=58)与中晚期组(n=30)。比较两组患者运动症状特征,并分析影响因素。结果中晚期组患者震颤、运动迟缓、步态姿势异常发生率和发病年龄、左旋多巴等效剂量(LDE)均高于早期组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素分析显示,发病年龄、LED是影响PD运动症状特征的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论帕金森患者均具有不同程度的运动症状特征,且病情越严重,运动症状越明显,发病年龄、左旋多巴等效剂量是影响帕金森运动症状特征的危险因素,临床治疗时需考虑相关因素的影响,有效控制症状。

Objective To explore characteristics of various motor symptoms in PD patients and analyze their influencing factors.Methods 88 PD patients from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected into early group(n=58)and advanced group(n=30)according to Hoehn-Yahr(H-Y)clas-sification.The characteristics of motor symptoms between the two groups were compared,and the influencing factors were analyzed.Results The in-cidence of tremor,bradykinesia,abnormal gait and posture,onset age and equivalent dose of levodopa(LDE)in the middle and late group were high-er than those in the early group(P<0.05).Multifactor analysis showed that the age of onset and LED were risk factors affecting the characteristics of PD motor symptoms(P<0.05).Conclusion Parkinson's patients all have different degrees of motor symptoms,and the more severe the disease is,the more obvious the motor symptoms are.Age of onset and equivalent dose of levodopa are risk factors affecting the characteristics of Parkinson's motor symptoms,and the influence of relevant factors should be considered in clinical treatment to effectively control the symptoms.
