恩平市居民肝吸虫感染情况调查分析

Investigation and analysis of liver fluke infection among residents in Enping City

目的调查恩平市居民肝吸虫感染情况现状,评估重点寄生虫病防治工作成效,为制定今后防治策略提供科学依据。方法于2019年1—6月在恩平市内设立5个调查点,采用分层抽样法共抽取1600名常驻居民作为调查对象,通过采集居民粪便,用改良加藤厚涂片法检查华支睾吸虫虫卵,制定调查量表收集调查对象相关信息,并进行统计分析。结果恩平市华支睾吸虫的总感染率为4.00%,其中男性肝吸虫感染率(2.31%)与女性(1.69%)比较差异无统计学意义;肝吸虫感染患者中老年(>60岁)占比较高(50%),肝吸虫感染者的文化水平普遍较低,大多数在初中及以下水平(77.05%),且职业主要为农民(78.13%)。结论恩平市肝吸虫感染率低于广东省平均感染率(5.56%),感染防控工作效果突出,在开展肝吸虫病相关知识宣教时,需尤其注意对男性、年龄>60岁、职业为农民的居民普及肝吸虫防控知识,注重引导行为与态度的转变,提高自我防护意识,从而降低肝吸虫感染率。

Objective To Investigate the current situation of liver fluke infection among residents in Enping City,evaluate the effectiveness of prevention and control of key parasitic diseases,and provide scientific basis for the formulation of prevention and control strategies in the future.Methods A total of 1600 residents from January to June 2019 were selected by stratified sampling method at 5 survey sites in Enping City.Through collecting resident feces,using the modified kato thick smear method to examine the eggs of clonorchiasis sinensis,and developing a survey scale,the relevant information of the respondents were collected and analyzed statistically.Results The total infection rate of clonorchiasis sinensis in en-ping city was 4.00%,there was no significant difference in the infection rate of liver fluke in male(2.31%)and female(1.69%).Most of the liver fluke infected patients were middle-aged and elderly(>60 years old,50%),and the education level of liver fluke infected patients was generally low,most of them were at or below the junior high school level(77.05%),and the majority of them were farmers(78.13%).Conclusion Enping City liv-er fluke infection rate is lower than the average infection rate of Guangdong Province(5.56%),infection prevention and control effect is outstanding,when to carry out the knowledge education related to the liver fluke disease,especially attention to men,aged>60 years,farmers popularize liver fluke prevention and control of professional knowledge,pay attention to guide their behavior and change in attitude,enhance the self protection con-sciousness,in order to reduce the liver fluke infection rate.
