丙戊酸镁缓释片在双相情感障碍和焦虑障碍共病 治疗中的应用

Application of magnesium valproate sustained-releasetablets in the treatment of comorbid bipolar disorder andanxiety disorder

目的探究丙戊酸镁缓释片针对双相情感障碍与焦虑障碍共病患者的治疗效果。方法选取2018年4月至2020年3月本院收治的74例双相情感障碍和焦虑障碍共病患者,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组37例。对照组采用富马酸喹硫平片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合丙戊酸镁缓释片治疗。比较两组临床疗效、不良反应发生情况、BRMS(贝克-拉范森躁狂量表)、SAS(焦虑评分量表)、SDS(抑郁量表)、生活质量评分。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,BRMS、SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,生活质量各项评分高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丙戊酸镁缓释片可有效改善双相情感障碍与焦虑障碍共病患者的临床症状和生活质量,且不良反应率较低,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of magnesium valproate sustained-release tablets on patients with bipolar disorder and anxiety disorder.Methods 74 patients with bipolar disorder and anxiety disorder admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to March 2020 were ran-domly divided into control group and observation group according to numerical table method,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was treated with quetiapine fumarate tablets,and the observation group was additively treated with magnesium valproate sustained release tablets on ba-sis of control group.The clinical efficacy,adverse reactions,BRMS(Becker-ravansen mania scale),SAS(anxiety scale),SDS(depression scale)and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than those of the control group,the scores of BRMS,SAS and SDS were lower than those of the control group,the scores of quality of life were higher than that of the control group,and the rate of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Magnesium valproate sustained-release tablets can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients with bipolar disorder and anxiety disorder,and the rate of adverse reactions is low,which is worthy of clinical application.
