ICU老年脓毒症患者肺部感染病原菌分布及耐药性分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨重症监护室(ICU)老年脓毒症患者肺部感染病原菌分布及耐药性。方法选取2018年10月至2019年10月本院ICU收治的112例老年脓毒症肺部感染患者,收集痰液,并进行细菌培养、药敏试验。结果112例ICU老年脓毒症肺部感染患者中,共分离出病原菌87株,其中革兰阴性杆菌49株(56.32%),肺炎克雷伯菌、大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞菌依次位列前3位;革兰阳性球菌26株(29.89%),金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、屎肠球菌依次位列前3位;真菌12株(13.79%),主要为酵母样真菌。肺炎克雷伯菌及大肠埃希菌对亚胺培南的耐药性较低,铜绿假单胞菌对哌拉西林及头孢他啶耐药性较低,屎肠球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌对万古霉素的耐药性均较低。结论ICU老年脓毒症患者肺部感染病原菌分布以革兰阴性杆菌为主,主要病原菌对多种抗菌药物耐药性较高,需合理选择临床抗菌药物,以加强细菌耐药性的控制。
