高压电缆半导电缓冲层新型评价方法探讨 被引量:2

摘要 近年来,由高压电缆半导电缓冲层烧蚀引起的电缆故障日益增多,对电缆缓冲层与金属套之间的电气接触性能的评价显得尤为重要。目前国内没有可以评价两者之间电气性能的方法,因此,提出了一种能够评估半导电缓冲层电气性能的测试方法,并搭建了相应的测试平台。评估不同状态电缆样品半导电缓冲层的接触性能,该方法能够对电缆半导电缓冲层电气性能进行有效测试,评估电缆半导电缓冲层与金属套间的电气接触性能。 In recent years,more and more cable faults are caused by the erosion of the semi⁃conductive buffer layer in high⁃voltage cable,it is particularly important to evaluate the electrical contact performance between the buffer layer and the metal sheath.At present,there is no domestic method to evaluate the electrical performance between them.Therefore,a test method is proposed to evaluate the electrical performance of the semi⁃conductive buffer layer.The corresponding test platform was built to evaluate the contact performance of the semi⁃conductive buffer layer of cable samples in different states.This method can effectively test the electrical performance of the cable semi⁃conductive buffer layer,evaluate the electrical contact performance between the cable semi⁃conductive buffer layer and the metal sheath.
