摘要 随着煤矿智能化技术的发展,矿用光纤复合电缆开始得到应用。文章介绍了光纤复合采煤机电缆的运行特点、结构设计以及制造工艺;分析了电缆中心位置光单元在硫化过程中的温度变化,通过控制硫化时间来减小温度对光单元的影响;进一步介绍了电缆制造过程中光纤余长的控制、成缆设备的选择、影响成缆的因素以及外护层的硫化工艺;得出电缆在生产制造和安装运行中光单元不受弯曲和拉伸影响的结论,从而延长了光纤复合采煤机电缆的使用寿命;经过试验,电缆的电性能、机械性能和光纤的性能均达到了设计指标,能够满足井下采矿的需求。 With the development of intelligent technology in coal mines,optical fiber composite cables for mines have begun to be used.This article introduces the operating characteristics,structural design and manufacturing process of the optical fiber composite shearer cable;analyzes the temperature change of the optical unit at the center of the cable during the vulcanization process,and reduces the temperature impact on the optical unit by controlling the vulcanization time;and further introduces the control of the excess length of the optical fiber in the cable manufacturing process,the selection of the cable forming equipment,the factors that affect the cable formation,and the vulcanization process of the outer sheath;It is concluded that the optical unit is not affected by bending and stretching during the production and installation of the cable,thereby prolonging the service life of the optical fiber composite shearer cable;After testing,the electrical performance,mechanical performance and optical fiber performance of the cable have reached the design requirements,which can meet the needs of underground mining.
