摘要 海底电缆在敷设、运行过程中,受外界因素的影响不可避免将受到拉伸荷载的作用。由于海缆结构复杂,不同结构层材料不同,各层之间力学性能差距较大,研究各结构层的力学性能对海缆正常运行至关重要。采用数值模拟软件建立海缆的拉伸有限元模型,模拟分析不同载荷下各结构层的力学性能,着重分析了铠装钢丝应力承载比例及应力分布,计算结果可为海缆结构的设计和优化提供一定的参考。 In the process of laying and working,the submarine cable will inevitably be affected by the tensile load due to external factors.Due to the complexity of the cable structure,the materials of different structural layers are different,and there is a large gap in the mechanical properties of each layer,so it is important to study the mechanical properties of each structural layer for the normal operation of the cable.In this paper,ABAQUS software is used to establish the tensile finite element model of sea cable,simulate and analyze the mechanical properties of each structure layer under different loads,and stress bearing ratio and stress distribution of armored steel wire are analyzed emphatically,which provides reference for the design and optimization of the submarine cable structure.
