大截面高压电缆导体结构设计选型 被引量:2

摘要 根据IEC 60287标准,计算了不同导体类型的800 mm^(2)和2500 mm^(2)高压电缆的导体交流电阻,并计算出不同类型导体的220 kV 800 mm^(2)和220 kV 2500 mm^(2)高压电缆载流量。结果表明,采用绝缘单丝和分割类型的800 mm^(2)导体,其交流电阻比紧压圆形导体降低8􀆰06%;对于220 kV 800 mm^(2)电缆,绝缘单丝分割导体电缆相对于紧压圆形导体电缆,载流量提高约4%~5%。采用绝缘单丝类型的2500 mm^(2)分割导体,其交流电阻比反向绞合裸单丝导体降低22􀆰73%;绝缘单丝绞合导体的220 kV 2500 mm^(2)电缆载流量,相对于裸单丝反向绞合导体电缆提高大于11%。因此对于大截面高压电缆,分割导体设计、绝缘单丝以及同向绞合工艺,可有效降低电缆导体交流电阻,提高其输送容量。 According to IEC 60287,the ac resistance of 800 mm^(2) and 2500 mm^(2) power cable conductors with different design types were calculated,also the current rating for 220 kV 800 mm^(2) and 220 kV 2500 mm^(2) power cables.The results show that the ac resistance of 800 mm^(2) conductor with insulated wires and Milliken type decrease 8.06%comparing to the compacted round conductor.the current rating,for 220 kV 800 mm^(2) cable with insulated wires and Milliken type conductor,increase about 4%-5%compared with compacted circular conductor cable.The ac resistance of the 2500 mm^(2) conductor with insulated wires decrease 22.73%comparing with the bare bi⁃directional wire conductor.The current rating,for 220 kV 2500 mm^(2) power cable with insulated wires conductor,is more than 11%higher than 220 kV 2500 mm^(2) power cable with bare bidirectional wire conductor.Therefore,Milliken design,insulated wires and uni⁃directional stranded process can effectively reduce the ac resistance of the conductor and improve the transmission capacity for the HV power cable.
