摘要 介绍了煤矿井下开槽工艺与其施工装备的发展以及关键技术的研究情况,分析了不同工艺条件下施工装备的特点及其效率。近年来随着煤矿井下生产的机械化、自动化生产水平越来越高,煤矿井下密闭槽、设备放置槽、水泵槽等开槽工艺的发展一直止步不前,没有跟上煤矿机械化和自动化的发展速度,一直采用的传统开槽工艺。为了从根本上改变目前的现状,跟上现代化矿井的发展脚步,研制了一套能够实现快速开槽的技术装备,实现了对煤矿井下所有开槽作业的安全、高效、快速施工。 This paper introduced the development of underground grooving technology and its construction equipment,as well as the research status of key technologies,and analyzed the characteristics and efficiency of construction equipment under different technological conditions.In recent years,with the increasing level of mechanization and automation of underground production in coal mines,the development of grooved technology such as closed grooves,equipment placement grooves,and water pump grooves in coal mines had been stagnant,and had not kept up with the development speed of coal mine mechanization and automation.The traditional slotting process that had been used.In order to fundamentally change the current status quo and keep up with the development of modern mines,a set of technical equipment that could realize rapid slotting has been developed to realize safe,efficient and rapid construction of all slotting operations in underground coal mines.
