美军机载电子战装备检修现状及对我军的启示

Status Quo of Overhaul of Airborne Electronic Warfare Equipment of U.S.Army and its Enlightenment to Our Army

电子对抗维修综合保障是美军20世纪提出的机载电子对抗装备测试诊断、维修保障思路及技术方法,经过多年的发展与积累,其某些先进的理念与技术已经遥遥领先于其他国家。提升我军在机载电子对抗装备维修保障能力方面的水平,通过调研及查阅资料等方式列出了美军在机载电子对抗装备维修保障方面包括检测设备配备情况及典型的一线检测设备样式,得出了美军在保障层级、闭环测试、纵向测试等方面的维修保障经验总结,并将其一一列出。在美军机载电子对抗装备维修保障经验的基础上从对装备的保障能力及用户的使用方面,提出了我军维修保障设备发展方向的相关建议。

Electronic countermeasures maintenance comprehensive support is an idea and technical method of airborne elec⁃tronic countermeasures equipment test diagnosis and maintenance support proposed by U.S.army in the last century.After years of development and accumulation,some of its advanced concepts and technologies have been far ahead of those of other countries.In order to enhance the level of maintenance support capability of airborne electronic countermeasures equipment.The maintenance and support of airborne electronic countermeasures equipment,including detection equipment and typical first-line detection equip⁃ment,are listed by means of investigation and data search.The maintenance support experience of U.S.army military in the aspects of support level,closed loop test and vertical test is summarized and listed.Finally,based on the maintenance and support experi⁃ence of the airborne electronic countermeasures equipment of U.S.army,some suggestions on the development direction of the main⁃tenance and support equipment of the Chinese army are put forward in terms of the support capability of the equipment and the use of users.
