摘要
针对无桥PFC功率因数校正系统存在起动电流大、易损害功率器件的问题,提出一种将无源谐振电路与输出电压输入电流双闭环和前馈补偿控制相结合的新型软起动方法。分析了无源谐振电路下无桥PFC的调制策略,指出其与传统PFC电路调制的区别;探讨了无桥PFC谐振电路无源参数的设计方法,并给出了设计实例;对谐振电路抑制无桥PFC系统起动冲击电流的内在机理进行了探讨,据此提出了谐振电路与系统双闭环控制相结合的起动方法,并进行了仿真研究。仿真结果表明,所提方法能够很好地抑制冲击电流,证明理论分析是正确的和所提控制方法是可行的。
Aiming at the problems of big starting current and easy damaging power devices of resonant bridgeless power factor correction converter(PFC),a soft start method based on referenced input current amplitude limiting embedded in double closed and feed forward compensation is proposed.Basic structure and work mode of traditional and resonant bridgeless PFC are analyzed.Starting mathematical model of resonant bridgeless is built,and influence factor of start current is analyzed,and resonant circuit pa⁃rameters selection range is deduced.Referenced input current amplitude limiting embedded in double closed and feed forward com⁃pensation control method of resonant bridgeless PFC is analyzed.Simulation results indicate that resonant bridgeless PFC by using referenced input current amplitude limiting embedded in double closed and feed forward compensation control method can be ob⁃tained low starting current and equivalent operation performances,far superior to traditional bridgeless PFC.Simulation results are coincident to theoretical analysis,verifying that theoretical analysis is right.
