摘要
随着国防工程信息化管理、自动化值守运行模式的不断推进,对国防工程管理信息系统的效能进行评估非常必要。基于国防工程实际及其使命任务,构建了四层国防工程管理信息系统效能评估指标体系,再引入云模型对效能评估中的定性定量指标进行联合处理,并进行了实例分析。表明基于云重心评判法的国防工程管理信息系统的效能分析,具有一定的可操作性和可信性,可为国防工程管理信息系统的升级建设提供参考。
With the continuous advancement of national defense engineering information management and automated duty op⁃eration mode,it is very necessary to evaluate the effectiveness of the national defense engineering management information system.Based on the reality of national defense engineering and its mission,a four-layer defense engineering management information sys⁃tem effectiveness evaluation index system was constructed,and then the cloud model was introduced to jointly process the qualitative and quantitative indicators in the effectiveness evaluation,and a case study was carried out.It shows that the effectiveness analysis of the defense engineering management information system based on the cloud center of gravity evaluation method has a certain de⁃gree of operability and credibility,which can provide a reference for the upgrade construction of the defense engineering manage⁃ment information system.
