摘要
由于近年来高校内频频发生危害安全、财物遭窃等突发事件,配备校园电动巡逻车来处理突发事件成为了很多高校的选择,高覆盖、低能耗是高校配备电动巡逻车时共同追求的目标。为帮助各高校有效利用校内巡逻车,本文讨论了校园巡逻车最优布置策略,基于图论的思想利用层次分析法建立了评价体系,采用蒙特卡洛模拟算法进行优化求解并给出了最少车辆配置方案以及校园巡逻路线安排。本模型可用来指定校园巡逻策略,并可以通过图的形式清晰直观地展示成效。同时随着评价体系的建立,本模型可对校园已经采取的巡逻策略进行评估,便于后期的改进。
Due to the frequent occurrence of emergencies such as safety hazards and property theft in colleges and universities in recent years,it has become the choice of many colleges and universities to equip campus electric patrol cars to handle emergencies.High coverage and low en⁃ergy consumption are common pursuits of colleges and universities when equipped with electric patrol cars.aims.In order to help colleges and universities effectively utilize the campus patrol cars,this article discusses the optimal layout strategy of campus patrol cars.Based on the idea of graph theory,an evaluation system is established using the analytic hierarchy process,and Monte Carlo simulation algorithm is used to optimize the solution and give the minimum number of vehicles.Configuration plan and campus patrol route arrangement.This mod⁃el can be used to specify campus patrol strategies,and can clearly and intuitively show the results in the form of graphs.At the same time,with the establishment of the evaluation system,this model can evaluate the patrol strategies that the campus has adopted,which is conve⁃nient for later improvements.
