基于大肠杆菌感染模型探讨益生菌对断奶仔猪生长性能影响的研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 文章综述了采用典型的产肠毒素大肠杆菌(Enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli,ETEC)感染试验模型,研究益生菌对断奶仔猪生长性能、肠道菌群、肠道形态及炎症因子的作用。鉴于当前我国及全球实际养猪生产卫生条件的差异,ETEC感染仔猪试验模型更能反映禁抗后益生菌等功能性添加剂在养殖卫生较差情况下的使用效果。因此,文章收集了益生菌在ETEC感染仔猪试验模型下的部分研究成果,重点总结5方面的内容,包括:①ETEC感染断奶仔猪试验模型的建立;②ETEC感染对断奶仔猪生长性能的影响及益生菌的作用效果;③ETEC感染对断奶仔猪肠道菌群的影响及益生菌的作用效果;④ETEC感染对断奶仔猪肠道形态的影响及益生菌的作用效果;⑤ETEC感染对断奶仔猪炎症细胞因子的影响及益生菌的作用效果。分析显示:ETEC感染处理显著降低断奶仔猪生长性能、破坏肠道菌群平衡、损伤肠道组织形态、引发炎症反应;益生菌处理通过平衡肠道菌群、维持肠道形态、缓解炎症反应等,一定程度上改善了ETEC感染仔猪的生长性能。 Effects of probiotics utilization on growth performance,intestinal flora,intestinal morphology,and inflammatory cytokines of weaned piglets based on the enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli(ETEC)infec⁃tion model were reviewed in this paper.In view of the great different sanitary conditions of pig produc⁃tion in China and the world,ETEC infection pig model was suitable to evaluate the utilization effect of the antibiotics alternatives(probiotics)under poor hygiene breeding farms.Therefore,the research papers about the probiotics function on ETEC infection piglet model were collected and summarized on five as⁃pects:①establishment of ETEC infection model in weaned piglets;②effects of ETEC challenge and probiotics utilization on growth performance of weaned piglets;③effects of ETEC challenge and probiotics utilization on intestinal flora of weaned piglets;④effects of ETEC challenge and probiotics utilization on intestinal morphology of weaned piglets;⑤effects of ETEC challenge and probiotics utilization on inflammatory cytokines of weaned piglets.This review showed that ETEC infection treatment significantly deteriorated growth perfor⁃mance,intestinal flora,intestine morphology and inflammatory reaction of weaned piglets,while probiot⁃ics treatment partially improved the growth performance of ETEC inflected piglets by balancing intestinal flora,maintaining intestinal morphology and relieving inflammatory reaction.
