丝兰粉对三角鲂生长、非特异性免疫及抗氧化指标的影响

Effects of Yucca Schidigera Powder on Growth,Nonspecific Immunity and Antioxidant Indexes of Triangular Bream(Megalobrama Terminalis)

摘要 为探究丝兰粉对初始体重为(16.0±0.8)g的三角鲂幼鱼生长、非特异性免疫及抗氧化指标的影响,在三角鲂基础饲料中分别添加0(S0)、0.05%(S1)、0.15%(S2)、0.25%(S3)、0.35%(S4)和0.45%(S5)的丝兰粉,连续投喂56 d后取样,测定相关的生理生化指标。研究结果表明,随着丝兰粉添加水平的增加,三角鲂的终末体重和体增重呈先上升后下降的趋势。与对照组S0相比,实验组S2的摄食率显著升高,而实验组S2和S3饲料系数显著降低(P<0.05)。与对照组S0相比,实验组S1、S2、S3、S4、S5肝脏的溶菌酶、碱性磷酸酶、谷丙转氨酶活性均无显著差异(P>0.05);而实验组S2和S3肝脏的谷草转氨酶活性则显著降低(P<0.05)。血清方面,与对照组S0相比,实验组S2和S3血清的溶菌酶和碱性磷酸酶活性显著升高,而其酸性磷酸酶、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶活性则显著降低(P<0.05);实验组S1、S2、S3、S4、S5血清的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著高于对照组S0(P<0.05);随着丝兰粉添加水平的增加,实验鱼血清中的丙二醛(MDA)呈现先下降后上升的趋势(P<0.05)。研究结果揭示,添加0.15%~0.25%丝兰粉可以促进三角鲂的生长表现,并提高其肝脏和血清的非特异性免疫及抗氧化指标。 To investigate the effects of dietary Yucca schidigera powder on the growth,nonspecific immu⁃nity and antioxidant indexes of triangular bream(Megalobrama terminalis)[the initial weight of(16.0±0.8)g],0(S0),0.05%(S1),0.15%(S2),0.25%(S3),0.35%(S4)and 0.45%(S5)Yucca schidigera powder were added in the basic diet to feed triangular bream for 56 d.The results showed that the final body weight and weight gain of fish increased firstly,and then decreased with the increase of Yucca schidigera powder.Feed intake of S2 group was significant higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and fish fed S2 and S3 diets exhibited lower feed conversion ratio than that of the control fish(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the activities of lysozyme,alkaline phosphatase and glutamic-pyruvic transami⁃nase in the liver of S1,S2,S3,S4 and S5 groups showed no significant difference(P>0.05),while the glutamic-oxalacetic transaminease activity in the liver of S2 and S3 groups were significantly lower(P<0.05).In terms of serum,S2 and S3 groups exhibited higher lysozyme and alkaline phosphatase activi⁃ties,and lower acid phosphatase,glutamic-pyruvic transaminase and glutamic-oxalacetic transaminease activities than that of the S0 group(P<0.05).The serum activities of SOD and T-AOC of S1,S2,S3,S4 and S5 groups were significantly higher than those of the S0 group(P<0.05).With the increase of Yucca schidigera powder addition level,serum MDA decreased firstly,and then increased(P<0.05).The results revealed that supplementation of 0.15%-0.25%Yucca schidigera powder could promote the growth performance,and improve the nonspecific immunity and antioxidant indexes in liver and serum of triangular bream.
