燃煤机组二次风量测量异常分析及技术改造

摘要 燃煤机组通过送风机动叶的自动调节控制总风量稳定在设定值,实现锅炉风煤比合理配置,保证锅炉稳定燃烧。基于某1050 MW超(超)临界燃煤机组二次风量测量结果异常分析,提出技术改造方案,并通过改造实践,证明改造后测量装置性能可靠,满足运行要求,为同类型机组的风量测量装置选型与改造提供参考。 The total air volume of the coal-fired unit is stable at the set value through the automatic regulation of the air supply motor blade,so as to realize the reasonable allocation of the boiler air coal ratio and to ensure the boiler stable combustion.Based on the abnormal analysis of the secondary air volume measurement results of a 1050 MW supercritical coal-fired unit,it puts forward a technical transformation scheme.Through the transformation practice,it is proved that the performance of the measurement device after the transformation is reliable and meets the operation requirements.It provides a reference for the selection and transformation of the air volume measurement device of the same type of unit.
