摘要
针对三亚市某市政道路的海绵化改造方案,提出设计时应充分考虑道路现状、周边环境和总体投资等因素,因地制宜地统筹海绵指标;同时采用SWMM模型,对改造方案进行模拟。模拟结果显示,仅靠道路的海绵化改造不能达到50%年径流总量控制率目标,需依靠湿地公园对海绵指标进行统筹;海绵化改造方案可有效削减雨水径流量和径流峰值,间接地将雨水管道排水标准从2 a一遇提升至3 a一遇。
Aiming at a sponge reconstruction scheme of a municipal road in Sanya City,it is pointed out that the current road situation,the surrounding environment,the overall investment and other factors should be fully considered during the design.The sponge indicators should be coordinated according to local conditions.And at the same time,SWMM model is used to simulate the reconstruction scheme.The simulation results show that the goal of 50%annual runoff control rate can not be achieved only by the sponge reconstruction of road.It is necessary to rely on the wetland park to coordinate the sponge indicators.The sponge reconstruction scheme can effectively reduce the rainwater runoff and the runoff peak.The drainage standard of rainwater pipes can be indirectly improved from 2 a once to 3 a once.
