摘要
预制拼装技术因其绿色环保、施工便捷快速、质量控制好的优势,在城市高架桥梁中的应用越来越广。以浙江省绍兴市智慧快速路工程中的二环北路快速路为例,介绍了预制拼装技术在工程中的应用。上部结构标准段采用小箱梁,节点位置采用钢混组合梁或钢箱梁;下部结构采用预制盖梁和预制立柱;附属结构采用预制防撞墙。重点介绍预制盖梁的设计和施工方案,可供同类工程参考使用。
The prefabricated assembly technology is more and more widely applied in the urban elevated bridges because of its green environmental protection,convenient and fast construction,good quality control and other advantages.Taking the North Ring II Road in Zhejiang Province Shaoxing City Intelligent Expressway Project as an example,the application of prefabricated assembly technology in engineering is introduced.Small box beam is adopted for the standard section of superstructure.The steel and concrete composite girder or steel box girder are used at the node position.The prefabricated bent cap and prefabricated stand column are adopted for the substructure.The prefabricated crash walls are used for the auxiliary structures.The design and construction scheme of prefabricated bent cap are specially introduced,which can be referred for the similar projects.
