辣椒单倍体育种技术研究进展

Advances of the haploid induction technology in pepper

单倍体育种是当前非常重要的育种技术之一。辣椒单倍体育种技术包括:花药培养技术和小孢子培养技术。单倍体通过自然加倍和人工加倍,为新品种培育、DH群体构建和遗传分析、遗传图谱构建提供了重要的材料。笔者论述了辣椒花药培养和小孢子培养2种单倍体诱导技术的研究进展、存在的问题以及存在的潜在价值,旨在为辣椒育种提供参考,促进辣椒单倍体育种技术的进一步发展和完善。

Haploid breeding is one of the most important techniques.Capsicum haploid breeding technology includes anther culture technology and microspore culture technology.By natural and artificial doubling,haploid is important for breeding,DH group building and genetic analysis,genetic map construction.The paper summarized the research progress,problems and the potential application of the induction technology of anther culture and microspore culture,aiming to provide reference for pepper breeders and promote the further development and improvement of haploid breeding technology in pepper.
