摘要
为了对控制苦瓜第1雄花节位的遗传位点进行定位,基于苦瓜K44×Dali-11的F2群体和04-17×47-2-1-1-3的F2群体构建遗传图谱,结合第1雄花节位的表型数据,对苦瓜第1雄花节位进行了QTL检测。结果表明,对于2个F2群体,都在相近的遗传位置区域检测到控制苦瓜第1雄花节位的QTL位点fmfn,该位点位于苦瓜的MC06连锁群或拟染色体上10.66~14.32 Mb区间,候选区间的遗传距离和物理距离分别为11.65 cM和3.66 Mb,遗传贡献率为34.80%,其中包含195个注释基因。研究结果为进一步精细定位及克隆控制苦瓜第1雄花节位的基因提供了重要参考依据。
In order to map the genetic locus controlling the first male flower node of bitter gourd,based on the genetic maps constructed by the F2 populations of K44×Dali-11 and 04-17×47-2-1-1-3,combined with the phenotypic data of the first male flower node,we detected QTLs for the first male flower node of bitter gourd.The results showed that for the two F2 populations,the QTL locus,fmfn,controlling the first male flower node of bitter gourd was detected in the similar genetic location,which was located in the 10.66-14.32 Mb interval on the linkage group or pseudo chromosome MC06.The genetic and physical distance of the candidate interval are 11.65 cM and 3.66 Mb,respectively,and the genetic contribution rate is 34.80%,including 195 annotated genes.The results of this study provide an important reference for further fine mapping and cloning of genes controlling the first male flower node of bitter gourd.
