摘要
目的探讨引导性组织再生技术在牙周病患者疗效和安全性中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月—2020年1月抚顺市口腔医院顺城分院收治的64例牙周病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(32例)与对照组(32例)。对照组采用常规治疗措施,观察组则采用引导性组织再生技术措施。比较两组的治疗总有效率、不良反应总发生率、不良情绪总发生率、生活质量评分。结果观察组治疗后的总有效率、生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的不良反应总发生率、不良情绪总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论引导性组织再生技术治疗牙周病的效果与安全性较好,治疗总有效率、生活质量评分较高,不良反应发生率、不良情绪发生率较低,值得临床推广与应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of guided tissue regeneration technology in the efficacy and safety of patients with periodontal disease.Methods A total of 64 patients with periodontal disease admitted to Shuncheng Branch of Fushun Stomatological Hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as study subjects and divided into the observation group(32 cases)and the control group(32 cases)according to random number table method.The control group adopted conventional treatment measures,while the observation group adopted guided tissue regeneration technology measures.The total therapeutic efficiency,the total incidence of adverse reactions,the total incidence of adverse emotions,and quality of life scores of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate and quality of life scores of the observation group after treatment were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions and adverse emotions of the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Guided tissue regeneration technique is more effective and safe in the treatment of patients with periodontal disease.The total effective rate,quality of life score are higher,and the incidence of adverse reactions and bad emotions were lower,so it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
